Return/Refund Policy

At Echo Street, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not provide refunds for unwanted items, changes of mind, or other reasons unrelated to damage upon arrival.

Please carefully review your order, product details, dimensions, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Echo Street at contact@echostreet.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.

If the damage is verified, Echo Street may issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's purchase price before sales tax and excluding any shipping or delivery charges.

For example, if an item costs $40 before tax and shipping, the maximum refund for damage would be $20. Shipping costs and sales tax are not included when calculating the refund amount.

The amount of any refund will be determined based on the extent of the damage. Echo Street does not guarantee that a damaged item will qualify for the maximum 50% refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@echostreet.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item received. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Echo Street is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@echostreet.shop. Because orders may enter processing shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
